Frankenstein’s Bride Trailer: Horror Movie Wedding Turns Deadly

The Asylum has released a new trailer for Frankenstein’s Bride, previewing the upcoming horror movie about the iconic monster’s wedding going very wrong. Frankenstein’s Bride is out now digitally.

“On the day of Frankenstein’s Monster’s wedding, villagers riot and kill him. His bride escapes, vows revenge on the townsfolk responsible, and eventually resurrects the Monster – leading a trail of blood in her wake,” reads the film’s official synopsis.

What happens in the Frankenstein’s Bride trailer?

The trailer details the planned wedding of Frankenstein’s Monster and his bride going wrong. Villagers catch on to the wedding, and band together to go after the monster. After escaping, his bride vows revenge on the villagers, and brings back her husband to help.

Frankenstein’s Bride is directed by Erika Duke, from a script written by M.L. Miller, and Ryan Ebert. The film stars Emma De Maria, Tayala Cecere, and Nick Launchbury.

The film, which is a mockbuster of the upcoming horror movie The Bride! releases in conjunction with the upcoming movie itself, which stars Jessie Buckley and Christian Bale. For those familiar with The Asylum, this should come as no surprise, as the distributor often releases films to go along with other major blockbusters.

Previous films from The Asylum include the Sharknado series, the Syfy original series Z Nation, as well as mockbusters of films like Thor: Love and Thunder, Bullet Train, and Avatar: The Way of Water.
