Alexandra Daddario Ends Her Marriage to Andrew Form After 3 Years

Actress Alexandra Daddario and producer Andrew Form have reportedly decided to end their marriage. A representative for the actress broke the news with a press statement last week. The couple had exchanged vows in 2022 and currently shares a 15-month-old son.

According to PEOPLE, Alexandra Daddario and her husband, Andrew Form, have decided to part ways.

A representative for the Baywatch actress confirmed the news to the outlet. The statement read, “Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage. The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”

Currently, the exact timeline of the beginning of their relationship is unknown. However, the actress first confirmed relationship in May 2021. Subsequently, they became engaged later that year and got married in June 2022. In July 2024, The White Lotus actress revealed she was pregnant and gave birth to her firstborn on Halloween 2024.

Alexandra Daddario made her acting debut with ABC’s All My Children as Laurie Lewis in 2002. She also appeared on The Sopranos, Law & Order, and White Collar. Her success on TV gave her access to mainstream Hollywood, with roles in movies like Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief in 2010. This further propelled her into fame, with starring roles in True Detective, Baywatch, The White Lotus, San Andreas, and a lot more.

Andrew Form, on the other hand, is a producer who has contributed to projects like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles duology, The Purge franchise, A Quiet Place I & II, Amazon’s Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and, recently, the Anaconda remake.

He also produced The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, which is when he met his first wife, actress Jordana Brewster. They got married in 2007 and divorced in 2021, but continue to co-parent two children, Julian and Rowan.
