A new update has emerged for KPop Demon Hunters as a special “reunion” connected to the hit project now has a set release date and time. The tease signals that members of the film’s cast and singers will appear together, and organizers will reveal more details soon.

Variety has teased a potential reunion involving the cast and singers of KPop Demon Hunters.
On February 17, 2026, the outlet posted on X, “A ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ reunion? Tune in tomorrow at 8am PT for something special you won’t want to miss.” The post directed audiences to watch at 8 a.m. PT for a reveal and was accompanied by a short clip featuring cheers and an on-camera greeting before inviting viewers to tune in.
Although no official details confirmed the nature of the event, fans online linked the tease to a possible Variety screening.
On Reddit’s r/KpopDemonhunters community, a user referenced a planned Variety screening “with all 6 girls,” linking the tease to an Instagram Story by Marshall Weinbaum (moviemarshall) that said it “Might break the internet tomorrow: TBD:” and added, “I mean, all 6 of the Huntrix girls in one room without any of the creative team in attendance, they can do pretty much anything they want to do, who knows?”
Another commenter wrote, “So excited for this panel. First time ever all 6 together,” while others questioned whether the phrase “break the internet” set high expectations.
The film’s principal voice cast includes Arden Cho as Rumi, May Hong as Mira, and Ji-young Yoo as Zoey. Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami provide their singing voices. Ahn Hyo-seop voices Jinu, with Andrew Choi as his singing counterpart. The cast also features Yunjin Kim, Daniel Dae Kim, Ken Jeong, and Lee Byung-hun.
Netflix released the animated musical on June 20, 2025. The story follows K-pop trio Rumi, Mira, and Zoey. They secretly work as demon hunters who protect their fans from supernatural threats.
