Scream 7 Fan Event Announced To Watch It Before Release Date

Paramount Pictures unveiled new plans that give audiences an early path into the world of Scream 7. The studio announced a special fan screening tied to the film’s release window, offering select viewers a chance to see the next chapter ahead of its wide theatrical opening.

Fans can watch Scream 7 before its official release date of February 27, 2026, by attending the Opening Night Fan Event Screening on Thursday, February 26, at 6:00 PM local time.

Paramount Pictures confirmed that the event will take place in select IMAX locations and other premium formats. These include Dolby Cinema, 4DX, SCREENX, MX4D, and Cinemark XD.

According to Paramount Pictures, “Ticketholders attending the advance fan screening of Scream 7 will also enjoy special content curated for this event and receive a limited-edition collector’s print commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Scream, to be given away at their local theatre on the date of the event – while supplies last.” Tickets for both the fan event and general release go on sale Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:00AM PT.

Fans can purchase tickets for the early screening starting February 9 by visiting screammovie.com/seeitfirst. They can also buy tickets through Fandango, exhibitors’ websites and mobile apps, and at participating theatre box offices nationwide.

Kevin Williamson directs the film and co-writes it with Guy Busick. James Vanderbilt and Busick developed the story. The cast features Neve Campbell, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Anna Camp.

It also includes David Arquette, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Mckenna Grace, and Asa Germann. Other cast members are Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Mark Consuelos, Tim Simons, Matthew Lillard, Joel McHale, and Courteney Cox.

The synopsis reads: “When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target.”

The film is produced by William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein.
