All 9 Seasons of Beloved Show Are Leaving Hulu Soon

All nine seasons of a beloved early 2000s teen drama are set to leave Hulu in the coming days. The show’s upcoming removal has prompted questions about where fans can continue watching and why the series is being taken off the platform.

One Tree Hill is leaving Hulu next month

Hulu will remove One Tree Hill from its platform on February 1, 2026.

Viewers can stream all nine seasons until that date. The show premiered in 2003 and follows half-brothers Lucas and Nathan Scott as they navigate life, basketball, and relationships in the fictional town of Tree Hill, North Carolina.

Viewers can also stream the full series on Disney+ and HBO Max. Disney+ currently hosts all nine seasons, while HBO Max offers access through subscription plans starting at $10.99 per month with ads and $18.49 per month for the ad-free version. Fans have multiple options to continue watching the series after its removal from Hulu.

Why is One Tree Hill leaving Hulu?

Hulu will remove One Tree Hill after its licensing agreement expires. When platforms choose not to renew a streaming license, they must take down the related content. Streaming services follow these terms as part of standard distribution deals.

Although Hulu will lose the series, other platforms continue to offer it. Disney+ and HBO Max both stream all nine seasons. Amazon also sells individual episodes and full seasons digitally. Prime Video subscribers can add HBO Max as a channel for an extra $10.99 per month.

Viewers looking for bundled plans can subscribe to a combined package that includes Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max. This bundle costs $19.99 per month with ads and $32.99 per month without ads, providing access to One Tree Hill and more.

Netflix, Peacock, and Paramount+ do not carry the series. Streaming options remain limited to HBO Max, Disney+, and digital purchase platforms.
