Hulu Adds Underrated Jeremy Allen White Movie Later This Month

Hulu has set the streaming release date for an underrated 2025 movie starring Jeremy Allen White.

Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere will be available to stream on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ on January 23.

In Deliver Me From Nowhere, White plays Bruce Springsteen, the iconic rock and roll superstar best known for hits “Born to Run,” “Dancing in the Dark,” and “Glory Days.” Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere covers a different period in his life when “The Boss” recorded an acoustic album that many would call his masterpiece.

“Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere chronicles the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 Nebraska album when he was a young musician on the cusp of global superstardom, struggling to reconcile the pressures of success with the ghosts of his past,” the official synopsis reads. “Recorded on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal time in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works—a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe.”

Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere also stars Jeremy Strong as Jon Landau, Springsteen’s manager and confidant; Paul Walter Hauser as Mike Batlan, the guitar tech who worked on Nebraska; Stephen Graham as Doug, Springsteen’s father; Odessa Young as Faye, Springsteen’s love interest; Gaby Hoffman as Adele, Springsteen’s mom; Marc Maron as Chuck Plotkin, Springsteen’s producer and mixing engineer; and David Krumholtz as Al Teller, a Columbia executive.

Scott Cooper wrote and directed Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, based on the book of the same name by Warren Zanes.

Released in October 2025, the movie received mostly positive reviews and holds a 60% on Rotten Tomatoes. The film underperformed at the box office, grossing $45 million on an estimated budget of $55 million.
