6 Beloved Sylvester Stallone Movies Coming to Peacock in December
Six of Sylvester Stallone‘s most iconic movies have officially found a new streaming home for the month of December. Fans of the legendary action star will be able to stream these movies exclusively on Peacock.
What are the Sylvester Stallone movies coming to Peacock?
Starting on December 1, Stallone’s entire Rocky franchise will be available for streaming on Peacock. This comes nearly five decades after the theatrical release of the first installment, which remains the sports drama franchise’s highest-rated movie with a Certified Fresh rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.

All six Rocky movies were written by Stallone, who also served as the director on four sequels. The story begins with Rocky Balboa, a small-time boxer from Philadelphia who gets the chance to fight against world heavyweight champion Apollo Creed, played by Carl Weathers. In 2015, Black Panther filmmaker Ryan Coogler directed the spin-off movie Creed, with Michael B. Jordan playing Apollo’s son Adonis. Due to its success, the Creed franchise spawned two more sequels in 2018 and 2023, with the latter serving as Jordan’s feature directorial debut.
At the moment, Amazon MGM Studios is producing a movie about the making of 1976’s Rocky. Titled I Play Rocky, the movie is being directed by Peter Farrelly, with Anthony Ippolito portraying the role of a 29-year-old Sylvester Stallone. He will be joined by Stephan James, AnnaSophia Robb, Matt Dillon, P.J. Byrne, Tracy Letts, and Jay Duplass.
