Kelsey Grammer Reveals Several Avengers: Doomsday Plot Spoilers
Marvel is famously tight-lipped when it comes to their movies. However, an X-Men star accidentally revealed significant plot details about Avengers: Doomsday.
What did Kelsey Grammer say about Avengers; Doomsday?
Kelsey Grammer will reprise his role of Dr. Henry “Hank” McCoy/Beast in Avengers: Doomsday. During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Grammer teased his upcoming appearance in the Marvel movie.
“I don’t know how much I’m allowed to talk about, but it was fun to interact with people I hadn’t interacted with before,” Grammer said.
Instead of withholding information, Grammer spilled the beans and teased the actors he worked with. One of them was Chris Hemsworth, who plays Thor. After praising Robert Downey Jr., Grammer said he “sort of” shares a scene with him.
Finally, Grammer said he had a “great time” working with Pedro Pascal, who plays Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic.
Grammer is one of several actors from the X-Men universe returning for Avengers: Doomsday. Joining Grammer in the Marvel movie are Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier/Professor X, Ian McKellen as Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto, Alan Cumming as Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler, Rebecca Romijn as Raven Darkhölme/Mystique, James Marsden as Scott Summers/Cyclops, and Channing Tatum as Remy LeBeau/Gambit.
In Avengers: Doomsday, the X-Men will team with the Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, and New Avengers to face Doctor Doom. Marvel famously revealed that Downey would be Doctor Doom during a memorable presentation at Comic-Con 2024. Downey previously played Tony Stark/Iron Man for over a decade in the MCU.
Anthony and Joe Russo direct Avengers: Doomsday, their first Marvel movie since Avengers: Endgame. The Russo Brothers will also direct the sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars. The Russos will produce Doomsday alongside Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.
Avengers: Doomsday opens in theaters on December 18, 2026. It will be part of Phase Six of the MCU.
