Directed by Anthony Minghella, the psychological thriller, based on the 1955 novel by Patricia Highsmith, stars Matt Damon as Tom Ripley, Jude Law as Dickie Greenleaf, and Gwyneth Paltrow as Marge Sherwood. The story centers on themes such as identity theft, deception, and psychological manipulation.

The Netflix premiere is part of a wider December 2025 lineup that includes new originals, holiday films, international series, and high-profile licensed titles.
