Sadie Sink’s Next Marvel Movie After Spider-Man 4 Is a Shocker

Sadie Sink has reportedly joined the cast of another Marvel film, Avengers: Secret Wars, after being cast in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. However, Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed this casting. Sink was announced as a part of the cast of Spider-Man 4 alongside Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon in March 2025.

According to a report by Deadline‘s Baz Bamigboye, Sadie Sink is set to join the cast of the upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars after completing her work on Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

There is no confirmation regarding this from the Stranger Things actress and Marvel Studios yet. In the report, Bamigboye mentioned, “Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to open on July 31. There has been much speculation about the role Sink has in the Spidey film, and frankly, I do not know the answer, but I do know that she’ll join the cast of the next Avengers picture that shoots here in London later in 2026.”

Secret Wars is going to start filming in summer 2026, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Accordingly, many Marvel fans have speculated that the Avengers film referred to in the above report is Secret Wars.

Sink is currently busy with Spider-Man: Brand New Day and will reportedly be shooting for it “until the middle of December.” At the time of writing, details regarding Sink’s role in the upcoming Spider-Man movie are under wraps. With set photos frequently making their way onto the internet, rumors have suggested that Sink might be playing Jean Grey or Mayday Parker in the movie. Some rumors even suggest that Sink may have been cast as Gwen Stacy or Rachel Cole, the female partner of Jon Bernthal’s Punisher.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on July 31, 2026.
