Barbarian Star Georgina Campbell’s New Horror Movie Influencers Gets Trailer

Shudder has shared the official trailer for Influencers, the upcoming follow-up to 2023’s horror-thriller movie. It will feature the return of Cassandra Naud, who will be reprising her antagonistic role as CW from the first installment, Influencer.

“In the sun-drenched countryside of southern France, CW lives a quiet, idyllic life with her girlfriend Diane, hiding a dark obsession with murder and stolen identities. During an anniversary getaway, they cross paths with Charlotte, a bold, alluring influencer whose curiosity quickly turns intrusive,” reads the official synopsis. “When CW acts on a violent impulse, the consequences spiral out of control, and as Diane begins to suspect the truth, CW’s carefully constructed life threatens to collapse around her.”

What happens in the Influencers trailer?

The video teases what to expect from CW’s return, who killed three people in the 2023 movie. It also provides a closer look at Barbarian star Georgina Campbell in her newest horror movie. She plays the role of a British influencer named Charlotte, who gets caught up with CW’s murderous tendencies. The cast also includes Lisa Delamar as Diane, Jonathan Whitesell as Jacob, Veronica Long as Ariana, and Dylan Playfair as Cameron.

Influencers is written and directed by Kurtis David Harder. The movie is produced by Chris Ball, Taylor Nodrick, Rebecca Campbell, Harder, and Micah Henry, with Jack and Rebecca Campbell serving as executive producers. The creative team consists of cinematographer David Schuurman and composer Avery Kentis.

The movie is scheduled to start streaming on December 12, 2025, exclusively on Shudder.
