Tom Holland’s $880 Million Marvel Movie With Batman Himself Coming To Prime Video
Prime Video has announced the streaming date for one of its most anticipated Marvel superhero films starring Tom Holland, set to debut on the platform soon. The highly awaited release marks the movie’s official streaming arrival. It follows its acclaimed theatrical run, strong global box office, and lasting popularity among fans.
Spider-Man: Homecoming to begin streaming on Prime Video in November
Prime Video will add Spider-Man: Homecoming to its catalog on November 1, 2025. The 2017 Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures film is part of Prime Video’s new monthly releases. It arrives alongside Good Will Hunting, Vertigo, and A Beautiful Mind. The update expands Amazon’s lineup with several major additions for November.
Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker. The film follows a high school student balancing teenage life with his role as the young superhero Spider-Man. Under the mentorship of Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., Parker learns to manage his dual identity.
The cast includes Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes (the Vulture), Zendaya as Michelle, Marisa Tomei as May Parker, and Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds. It is the sixteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The movie also marks Spider-Man’s first solo appearance after the character’s debut in Captain America: Civil War (2016).
Columbia Pictures, Marvel Studios, and Pascal Pictures produced the movie, which earned more than $880 million worldwide after its July 7, 2017 release. Jonathan Goldstein, John Francis Daley, Jon Watts, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers wrote the screenplay.
Prime Video will add Spider-Man: Homecoming to its November lineup alongside Amazon Originals like Playdate on November 12 and The Mighty Nein on November 19. Additional titles arriving that month include Baywatch (2017), The Iron Claw (2023), and Mickey 17 (2025). Subscribers with an active Amazon Prime membership can stream the film at no extra cost.
