The Fantastic Four Streaming Release Date Set for MCU Movie

Marvel Studios has finally announced the Disney+ release date for the upcoming streaming debut of The Fantastic Four: First Steps. During its theatrical run, the latest MCU movie earned a total gross of over $521 million at the global box office.

When will The Fantastic Four: First Steps be available to stream?

Following its home video release, The Fantastic Four: First Steps will now be available for streaming starting on November 5, exclusively on Disney+. The movie currently holds a Certified Fresh rating of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 399 reviews. This makes the MCU reboot the highest-rated film adaptation of Marvel’s first family.

“Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, the movie introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ben Grimm/The Thing as they face their most daunting challenge yet,” reads the official synopsis. “Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer. And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.”

The Fantastic Four: First Steps was directed by Matt Shakman, who previously helmed Disney+’s WandaVision miniseries. The latest MCU movie was led by Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/ Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. After First Steps, they will be returning in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie. Additional cast members include Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer, Ralph Ineson as Galactus, Natasha Lyonne as Rachel, and Paul Walter Hauser as Mole Man.
