Corey Fogelmanis, Sky Katz, & Jack Wright Star in One Stupid Thing Trailer | Exclusive

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive trailer for One Stupid Thing, the upcoming psychological drama led by Corey Fogelmanis (Ma), Sky Katz (Raven’s Home), and Jack Wright (All There Is). The movie is scheduled to premiere at three festivals this week, including the 7th Annual Women in Film Festival at Martha’s Vineyard on October 17, La Femme Film Festival in Los Angeles on October 18, and the Newport Beach Film Festival on October 19.

“Winter on Nantucket Island: Three teenage best friends drink champagne on a rooftop. Everything’s chill until a harmless game takes a fatal turn, and the course of their lives changes forever,” reads the official synopsis. “They keep what they did a secret until the following winter break, when they meet a girl with her own dark past who helps them uncover what really happened that night. In this psychological drama/murder mystery, their relationship is tested amidst their guilt and shame.”

What happens in the One Stupid Thing trailer?

The One Stupid Thing trailer introduces three best friends whose friendship is tested after one fateful night of fun and games turns their lives upside down. The video highlights the consequences of their actions, as well as how their secret has affected each of them personally and their friendship.

One Stupid Thing also stars Shelby Simmons (The Lonely Diners’ Club), Alfredo Narciso (The Summer I Turned Pretty), and Siobhan Fallon Hogan (What We Do in the Shadows). The movie is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Linda Yellen, who co-wrote the screenplay with Michael Leeds, based on the book by Stewart Lewis. It is produced by Todd Traina, with Mark Christian and Patrick Seymour serving as its director of photography and composer, respectively.
