Many fans believe Taylor could be joining the DCU, possibly as Vixen, the fan-favorite superhero known for her ability to channel the powers of animals. 

While many took Gunn’s post as a subtle hint about upcoming casting news, there has been no official confirmation from either Gunn or DC Studios. As of now, the discussion remains purely a fan theory fueled by Gunn’s post. However, fans aren’t dismissing the possibility entirely, and the idea of Teyana Taylor starring as Vixen has already gained major traction online.

One user posted on X (formerly Twitter) that Taylor “met with James Gunn recently…” Another added, “And this is how we get (hopefully) our DCU’s Vixen.”

A third user wrote, “She can play vixen,” along with a fire emoji. Another comment read, “Teyana Taylor…VIXEN ? Why not !” One user also shared, “She was born to play Vixen.” However, a few fans also suggested that it might have just been a casual dinner that was not related to any projects.
