Channing Tatum Says MCU Fans Are ‘Not Ready’ for Avengers: Doomsday

Channing Tatum is warning MCU fans that they may not be ready for Avengers: Doomsday.

Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday has now wrapped production. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, also known as the Russo Brothers, the MCU movie currently has a 2026 release date. The sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, follows in 2027.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of Roofman, Tatum hyped up Avengers: Doomsday and the unpredictable journey that it will take Marvel fans on.

“I don’t know how to describe it to you,” he said. “It’s going to make your brains ooze out of your ears. Like in the way I knew when Blade walks on screen in Deadpool & Wolverine, people are going to physically lose their actual minds. It’s that, but I don’t know, maybe times 50. It’s gonna be one of them things.”

While Tatum said he couldn’t reveal anything regarding the movie’s plot, he further commented, “As a comic fan, you’re just not ready.”
