The Conjuring: Last Rites to Become the Biggest Conjuring Universe Movie Soon
The Conjuring franchise is well on its way to close out the main series with a bang, with Last Rites continuing to crush it at the global box office. Despite middling reviews from critics, the final theatrical outing of Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga’s Ed and Lorraine Warren is on track to become the most successful film in the franchise.
The Conjuring: Last Rites crosses $330 million worldwide
Having premiered on the big screen on September 5, 2025, The Conjuring: Last Rites has already managed to surpass the $330 million mark at the global box office. While it did experience a massive drop of 68.9% on the domestic front in its second weekend, the horror sequel still managed to rake in $26.1 million, bringing its US collection to $131 million, as per Box Office Mojo.
The film reportedly had a similar showing internationally, collecting $60.5 million across 66 overseas markets in its second weekend. With a total box office haul of $332.8 million so far, The Conjuring: Last Rites has already surpassed the lifetime numbers of Final Destination: Bloodlines ($310.4 million) and should overtake the collection of the Michael B. Jordan-led Sinners ($366.6 million) in due time to become the highest-grossing horror outing of 2025.

The impressive box office performance of Last Rites also means that it is expected to end its theatrical run as the most successful entry in the Conjuring franchise.
