Street Fighter’s Noah Centineo Goes Blonde for Ken in New Set Photos
Behind-the-scenes photos from the set of the Street Fighter movie have unveiled the first look at Noah Centineo‘s Ken Masters. The upcoming feature is the third live-action cinematic adaptation of the fighting game franchise from Capcom, after Street Fighter (1994) and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009).
Noah Centineo’s Ken Masters appears in Street Fighter set photos
Latest behind-the-scenes photos from Street Fighter’s set show Noah Centineo with long, blonde hair. In one of the photos, Centineo appears alongside fellow cast member 50 Cent, who is portraying Balrog in the movie. However, the iconic rapper isn’t wearing Balrog’s signature costume.
In a separate photo, Centineo can be seen on a beach while filming the movie. The BTS photos also gave fans a look at Andrew Schulz’s Dan Hibiki and Cody Rhodes’ Guile.
Besides the above-mentioned three, the cast of Street Fighter includes Andrew Koji as Ryu, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Orville Peck as Vega, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, and Hirooki Goto as E. Honda. Kitao Sakurai, who previously helmed Aardvark (2010) and Twisted Metal (2023), is directing Street Fighter.
The first Street Fighter game came out in 1987, and the franchise has since become one of the most successful video game series of all time. The 1994 adaptation stars Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile, Ming-Na Wen as Chun-Li, and Damian Chapa as Ken. Although the movie performed poorly with critics, it was successful with the audience. Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li performed poorly both with the critics and at the box office.
The plot of the upcoming feature has been kept under wraps, but given the star-studded cast, the movie will likely have an expansive narrative. It was initially supposed to come out in March 2026, but was removed from the slate. It currently doesn’t have a release date.
