Keeper: Longlegs Director’s New Horror Movie Gets Terrifying Teaser Trailer

NEON has shared a new teaser trailer for its newest horror thriller, Keeper, which hails from Longlegs and The Monkey director Osgood Perkins. The movie is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 14.

“The movie follows a couple as they escape for a romantic anniversary weekend at a secluded cabin. When Malcolm suddenly returns to the city, Liz finds herself isolated and in the presence of an unspeakable evil that unveils the cabin’s horrifying secrets,” reads the synopsis.

Who is in the Keeper teaser trailer?

The video provides the audience with a closer look at its main cast, which is led by Emmy winner Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law) and Rossif Sutherland (Murder In a Small Town). This marks Maslany’s latest collaboration with Perkins after previously starring in the film adaptation of Stephen King’s short story The Monkey. She is also currently attached to star in the crime thriller movie The Only Living Pickpocket in New York with John Turturro.

Keeper is directed by Perkins from a screenplay written by Nick Lepard. Additional cast members include Tess Degenstein, Glen Gordon, Claire Friesen, Birkett Turton, Erin Boyes, Christin Park, Gina Vultaggio, and more. In addition to leading the cast, Maslany is also executive producing alongside Bonner Bellew, Fred Berger, Dave Caplan, John Hegeman, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Marlaina Mah, Laurie May, Peter Micelli, Noah Segal, and Vince Totino. The creative team also includes cinematographer Jeremy Cox and composer Edo Van Breeman, along with editors Graham Fortin and Greg Ng.
