The new deleted scene appears on the film’s digital release on August 19, 2025, and features an extended look at Hayley Atwell’s Grace as she and Tapeesa (Lucy Tulugarjuk), William Donloe’s wife, travel across the frozen landscape of Alaska, in an effort to meet up with Ethan Hunt.
The deleted scene also features commentary from director Christopher McQuarrie. In it, McQuarrie explains the reason why the brief scene didn’t make the final version of the film, but why he loves it so much.
