Vanessa Kirby Is Desperate in Netflix’s Night Always Comes Trailer

Netflix has released the first Night Always Comes trailer, previewing its upcoming dramatic thriller starring Vanessa Kirby.

What happens in the Night Always Comes trailer?

The Night Always Comes trailer highlights Lynette (Kirby), a woman on a high-stakes odyssey who is trying to save her family’s home. The movie takes place over the course of one night and is based on the best-selling novel by Willy Vlautin.

Alongside Kirby, Night Always Comes’ ensemble cast includes Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight), Zack Gottsagen (The Peanut Butter Falcon), Stephan James (If Beale Street Could Talk), Julia Fox (Uncut Gems), Eli Roth (Inglourious Basterds), Randall Park (WandaVision), and Michael Kelly (House of Cards). 

Night Always Comes is directed by Benjamin Caron, from a screenplay written by Sarah Conradt. Gary Levinsohn, Billy Hines, Ryan Bartecki, Benjamin Caron, Jodie Caron, Vanessa Kirby, and Lauren Dark are producers on the film.

“Based on the best selling novel by Willy Vlautin, Night Always Comes follows Lynette, a woman who risks everything to secure the house that represents a future for her family,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “On a dangerous odyssey through a single night, Lynette is forced to confront her dark past in order to finally break free.”
