Ghosts Torment a Family in Oblivium Trailer | Exclusive

ComingSoon is debuting the exclusive Oblivium trailer for Freestyle Digital Media’s upcoming supernatural thriller. The movie will be available to rent or own on all North American digital HD internet, cable, and satellite platforms, as well as on DVD, starting July 8, 2025.

What is Oblivium about?

“In the film, Sky just wanted to avoid her estranged grandmother with Alzheimer’s—but when she finally visits, she uncovers a haunting mystery. Surrounded by ghostly figures that vanish from memory the moment they’re unseen, Sky and her friends find themselves trapped in a terrifying cycle of forgotten horrors. Oblivium is a chilling supernatural exploration of memory, loss, and the thin veil between the living and the dead,” reads the official synopsis.

Oblivium is written and directed by Ibrahim and Omar Ashmawey, who are also serving as producers. The movie stars Dani Dean as Sky Song, Sabrina Orro as Liz Oswald, Ibrahim Ashmawey as Adrian Song, Karen VandenBroek as Claire Song, David Warpness as Walter Song, Brittany Durlach as Louise Holloway, Gary Voelker as Old Man Ghost, May El Halaby as Sketcher, Lisa Baker as Sky’s Mother, Jo Rae as Nurse Sarah, and Tim Baker as Sky’s Father. It is also produced by Dillan Damodar and Yusuf Moraby.

“Oblivium is a haunting exploration of memory, loss, and the unseen forces that shape our lives,” the directors said in a statement. “We set out to create a story that lingers with you — both as a chilling thriller and a deeply human drama.”
