The Amateur Digital, 4K, & Blu-ray Release Dates Set for Rami Malek Spy Movie

20th Century Studios has announced the digital, 4K, and Blu-ray release dates for The Amateur, its latest action thriller starring Oscar winner Rami Malek and Emmy winner Laurence Fishburne. This comes nearly two months after the movie had its theatrical release.

“Charlie Heller (Malek) is a brilliant, but deeply introverted decoder for the CIA working out of a basement office at headquarters in Langley whose life is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a London terrorist attack,” reads the movie’s official synopsis. “When his supervisors refuse to take action, he takes matters into his own hands, embarking on a dangerous trek across the globe to track down those responsible, his intelligence serving as the ultimate weapon for eluding his pursuers and achieving his revenge.”

When is The Amateur digital, 4K, and Blu-ray release dates?

The Amateur will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting on Tuesday, June 10. This will be followed by its 4K UHD and Blu-ray release on July 8. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the movie was able to garner positive responses from audiences. It currently holds a Popcornmeter score of 88% on Rotten Tomatoes.
