The Quantum of Solace star’s trainer recently took to social media to share a photo of the actress during work, sparking rumors about her potentially reprising her MCU role for the much-awaited Avengers sequel.

Recently, an image of Olga Kurylenko sitting inside a car, with the text “Working on a Sunday” written on it, started making rounds on the internet. This was reportedly shared on the platform by Kurylenko’s trainer.
Notably, the ongoing phase of Avengers: Doomsday’s production is reportedly taking place in Bahrain, with multiple snapshots of the film’s cast enjoying their time in the Middle East going viral on the internet of late.
The images feature the likes of Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Letitia Wright (Black Panther), Tenoch Huerta (Namor), Danny Ramirez (Falcon), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Winston Duke (M’Baku), and Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost), among others, enjoying their time out in Bahrain, after seemingly calling it a day on the shooting for Avengers 5.
With Olga Kurylenko’s trainer also in Bahrain at the time of writing, her post showcasing the Ukrainian-French actress in the island country has caused fans to wonder if she might just be joining the cast of Avengers: Doomsday as the Taskmaster. MCU admirers have been gunning to see more of Antonia Dreykov ever since her deleted arc in Marvel’s Thunderbolts* caught the public eye.
Nevertheless, the proposition has yet to receive any official word from the Marvel executives. Moreover, with Olga Kurylenko missing out on a nod in the five-hour-long cast reveal for Avengers: Doomsday, her return in the highly anticipated movie continues to be a far-fetched dream for MCU fans.
According to its updated release date, Avengers: Doomsday will now premiere in theaters on December 18, 2026.
