
Thunderbolts* Star Wyatt Russell Hasn’t Read Avengers: Doomsday’s Script Yet
While Avengers: Doomsday comes out in less than a year, Thunderbolts* star Wyatt Russell says he hasn’t read a script for the MCU movie yet.
Russell plays John Walker/U.S. Agent in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a character who was first introduced in 2021’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and now stars in Thunderbolts*, which is currently playing in United States theaters. Russell also voiced the character in an episode of What If…?
What did Wyatt Russell say about Avengers: Doomsday?
While it has been confirmed that U.S. Agent will return for Avengers: Doomsday, which is currently in production, Russell recently said that he’s yet to get his hands on a script for the movie.
Appearing on Driven with Andrew Freund, Russell said, “I, honest to God, don’t know what I’m doing. I have no clue. I have not read a script. I could die in the first five minutes, I don’t know.”
Russell did note that he’s still “beyond excited and honored to be in that part of the MCU.”
