
Diablo Trailer Sets Release Date for Scott Adkins Action Movie
Lionsgate has released the official Diablo trailer for its newest action thriller movie, starring Scott Adkins (The Expendables 2, John Wick: Chapter 4) as Kris Chaney. Besides leading the cast, Adkins is also serving as a producer.
Adkins was most recently seen in the western thriller Day of Reckoning with Billy Zane. He is also currently set to appear in the upcoming World War II action thriller Prisoner of War, and in the crime thriller RIP with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

When is the Diablo release date?
Diablo is slated to make its debut on June 13, 2025, in theaters and on digital platforms. Joining Adkins are Marko Zaror, Diana Hoyos, Lucho Velasco, Maria del Rosario Barreto, Maria del Rosario Barreto, Alanna De La Rossa, Jason Gurvitz, and more.
“After his release from prison, one man makes it his mission to right a terrible wrong by revealing a secret that could end his life. Scott Adkins stars as Kris Chaney, a warrior who seizes the daughter of a Colombian gangster to fulfill a noble promise to the young girl’s mother,” reads the official synopsis. “When her father enlists both the criminal underworld and the terrifying psychotic killer El Corvo to exact his revenge, Kris will need to draw upon everything he has ever learned — in and out of lockup — to stay alive and keep his word.”
The action thriller is directed by Ernesto Dìaz Espinoza from a screenplay written by Mat Sansom. The movie is produced by Craig Baumgarten, Clay Epstein, Jason Gurvitz, and Alvaro Gutierrez. Executive producers are Barry Brooker, Francisco Carrillo, Pierre-André Rochat, Bill Shadorf, and Stan Wertlieb.
