Domestic Violence Survivor Fights For Her Life in Finding Nicole Trailer | Exclusive

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Finding Nicole trailer for Freestyle Digital Media‘s upcoming inspirational courtroom drama. The movie will be available to rent or own on all North American digital HD internet, cable, and satellite platforms, as well as on DVD, starting May 6, 2025.

“The film is based on the true-life story of Nicole Beverly and her two children surviving and learning to thrive after going through horrific domestic violence as initially presented on the HLN television series Inside Evil With Chris Cuomo episode ‘Til Death Do Us Part,'” reads the synopsis. “The story traces Nicole’s tale of survival as she combats domestic violence and reclaims herself and her children and finds a way to begin thriving.”

Who is in the Finding Nicole trailer?

The video introduces the main cast led by Kaiti Wallen as Nicole, Shawtay Dalon as Shonda Wright, and Mari G. as Warren Beverly. Additional cast members includes Sean Whalen as Cameron Banks, Richard Tyson as Judge Carter, Debra Lamb as Susan, Blanca Blanco as Katarina Lopez, Marcus Woods as Officer Griffin, Pierre Aristide as Officer Bobby, Allyssa Caswell as Jessica, Michael James Alexander as Baz, Vida Ghaffari as Mary Ann/NPR Reporter, and Deon Hunt as Adam.

Finding Nicole is directed and produced by Harley Wallen, who co-wrote the screenplay with Geoffrey D. Calhoun and Beverly. It is based on Beverly’s bestselling novel of the same name. The film is produced by Kaiti Wallen, Joe Williamson, and Beverly. The creative team also includes directors of photography Nolan Rhys Elias and Steve MacLaren.

“Making Finding Nicole was a very emotional journey for us,” Harley Wallen said in a statement. “At times being on set was therapy, and at times it was educational as our ensemble became a family with something big to say and to make a difference with Nicole’s story.
