What do we see in the Bloodstained Ivory trailer?

The trailer starts with Ross being frustrated after a concert performance gone wrong. He tells his girlfriend about his ambitions to become the country’s biggest concert pianist. Ross struggles to impress the Conservatory board, followed by several shots of surreal imagery. The footage ends with a bloodied Ross approaching a piano to play it.

Besides Skonberg, the film stars Mackenna Shults, Joette Waters, LaRonn Marzett, and Aurélien Froissart, who is known online for his piano performances. It is written and directed by Haley, who also produces it alongside Luis O. Juarez, Micah Floyd, Ashley Stewart, Sam Taylor, and Christopher L. Anderson. Skonberg previously starred in the short films Apollo, Blue, and Like Green, as well as in TV shows such as The Cheer Scandal and Loving My Brother’s Best Friend.

“Bloodstained Ivory holds a special place in my heart,” Haley said. “It’s the culmination of many years of hard work by dozens of extremely talented people.” The filmmaker previously helmed In The Face of Evil, The Funeral, and The 420 Dudes: Blood Money.

Scatena & Rosner Films acquired the worldwide distribution rights to the film in a deal negotiated by Lookbook Entertainment.

“Bloodstained Ivory is the kind of bold, psychologically charged feature that can cut through with audiences because it marries artistic ambition with real tension and a visceral sense of collapse,” said Juan Pablo Reinoso of Lookbook Entertainment. “Klein Haley has made something emotionally raw and cinematically propulsive, and Scatena & Rosner Films is an ideal home to bring the film to worldwide audiences.”

Bloodstained Ivory will be released on VOD and digital platforms on November 3, 2026.
