Ashley Benson & Justin Long’s NSFW Christmas Movie With Ron Perlman Gets R-Rated Trailer

The trailer for Ashley Benson and Justin Long‘s R-rated Christmas movie has officially been released. The upcoming movie also features Ron Perlman as a club owner. Although the movie is Christmas-themed, it will be released ahead of the holiday on October 2, 2026.

The official synopsis reads, “Obsessed with the glamorous influencers she follows on social media and fed up with her life of barely getting by, a small-town Arkansas stripper named Bailey decides to rob the club she works at with the help of her ex-military husband, Tim, so they can give their infant daughter a decent Christmas and a better life.”

What happens in Stranglehold trailer?

The trailer for Stranglehold opens with Benson portraying Bailey. In it, the character asks for an extra paycheck ahead of Christmas so she can give her daughter a good holiday experience. However, her boss declines by saying, “We all got sob stories.” She then tries to bag some extra shifts, which is also not possible.

Suddenly, Bailey asks, “What about that private party?” As the trailer progresses, more details about the party are revealed. According to Bailey’s co-workers, this party features gangsters who come together to “pay respect to Roger,” who is the “boss over all of Arkansas.” It is furthermore revealed that the club Bailey works at is used to launder the gangsters’ money.

The trailer shifts to Bailey talking to her husband, Tim, an ex-military officer. Together, the couple plan to steal the money during the private party, thereby setting off a chain of mishaps that shape the overall story.

Stranglehold, directed by Clark Duke, is a follow-up to his previous film, Arkansas. Duke also co-wrote the film with Chandler Duke and Billington Garrett. Besides Benson, Long, and Perlman, the movie also stars Chandler Duke, Elle King, David Arquette, Brian Posehn, and Chris Redd.

Producers include Clark Duke, Ronnie Exley, Kate Hoffman, Jeremy Ross, Faith Fitzgerald-Moore, and Shaun Sanghani. The movie will be available on digital and on-demand platforms on October 2 this year.
