What do we see in the Search Party movie trailer?
The trailer for Search Party: Where’s PawPaw? shows three best friends embarking on a frantic rescue mission filled with slapstick comedy, heartfelt moments, and pure chaos. College student Noble Williams, played by Richards, is joined by her best friends Nigeria and Sunshine to track down her missing grandfather.
A strange-looking cartoonish narrator tells, “These lovely-lovely, loyal young ladies have lost Noble’s PawPaw, and they will do whatever it takes to find him.” With only a few strange clues and even stranger characters to guide them, they must track down PawPaw before time runs out.
The family comedy’s ensemble cast also includes Tommy Davidson (The Varnell Hill Show, Martin, In Living Color), Tichina Arnold (The Neighborhood, Everybody Hates Chris), Daisy Fernandez (Rap Sh!t), and Nijah Brenea (Kold x Windy).
Victoria has also co-written the movie besides playing the lead role. Sharing her excitement for the project, she said, “I wanted to make the kind of comedy I grew up loving, something genuinely funny, colorful, and ridiculous that the whole family can enjoy together. My hope is that audiences leave the theater laughing, quoting their favorite moments, and making memories with the people they love.”
Faith Plus Works Productions’ Search Party: Where’s PawPaw? hits theaters on November 13, 2026.
