Jonathan Majors‘ comeback movie is making its streaming debut today. The action thriller movie marks the controversial actor’s first feature release since he was dropped from several MCU projects in 2023.

Run Hide Fight: Infidels arrives on streaming on The Daily Wire+ on September 16, 2026. The film serves as a standalone sequel to The Daily Wire’s 2020-released Run Hide Fight.

Directed by Kyle Rankin, Run Hide Fight: Infidels stars Jonathan Majors as Captain Clayton Saunders, a retired Delta Force captain who joins students and a security guard to protect a college from Islamic terrorists.

The movie has sparked major controversy over Majors’ casting as well as its portrayal of anti-Muslim views depicted in a positive light.

In 2023, Jonathan Majors was arrested for physically assaulting his former girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Later that year, the 37-year-old was found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment.

Majors, who previously played Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, was dropped from several future MCU projects following the conviction. Thus, his comeback in Run Hide Fight: Infidels has stirred major controversy.

Additionally, the first teaser for Run Hide Fight: Infidels featured real-world news footage of Islamic terrorism. This prompted many viewers to describe the film as Islamophobic.

Furthermore, an incident occurred during its filming that drew additional attention. In April 2026, Majors and co-star JC Kilcoyne reportedly fell six feet from a window. This led to several crew members walking off the set in protest of a lack of workplace safety. The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees later got involved, calling a strike against the production over labor and safety issues.

Producer Dallas Sonnier prompted further backlash with his response to the strike. He told Deadline, “The entire industry is in freefall due to strikes, and now that their members are out of work, they’re trying to sabotage the few people who are still producing. We don’t negotiate with communists.”
