In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Taylor Momsen, who played the endearing Cindy Lou Who as a child star, addressed whether she would be open to reprising her iconic role. She didn’t give a definitive yes or no, but she also didn’t rule out the idea of coming back. “I’ll stick with my phrase of the day: life is weird. So, you never know,” she said.

The actress went on to explain how the movie still holds a special place in her heart, even decades later. She described how releasing The Pretty Reckless Christmas last year helped her embrace every part of her career, including her time as Cindy Lou Who.

“It kind of came full circle for me last Christmas when we released The Pretty Reckless Christmas. It was my way of accepting all aspects of my life and bringing them into my future, realizing what a huge impact that whole experience had on me as a person.

“It was nothing but positive. So when something means that much to you, nothing’s really off the table,” Momsen added.
