John Cena’s Outrageous New Netflix Movie Begins Streaming Today

Netflix is expanding its library with the addition of its newest original comedy movie starring John Cena (The Suicide Squad) and Eric André (Disenchantment). Beginning today, the 2026 film Little Brother is finally available to stream on Netflix.

What do we know about John Cena’s new Netflix movie?

Little Brother was directed by Matt Spicer, with Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel writing the screenplay. Cena plays a meticulous real estate agent who gets thrown back into his younger brother’s chaotic antics. This marks the Peacemaker star’s latest collaboration with the streamer after 2022’s The Bubble and 2023’s Hidden Strike. After Little Brother, Cena will next be seen in two more movies, Ketchup Entertainment’s Coyote vs. Acme and Apple TV’s Matchox: The Movie, which will both debut later this year.

“Rudd has the perfect life – great job, loving family, and a thriving career as a real estate agent… until his little brother, Marcus, crashes back into his world as a full-blown agent of chaos, stress-testing every part of Rudd’s carefully controlled existence,” reads the official synopsis.

The movie also stars Michelle Monaghan (The White Lotus), Sherry Cola (Nobody Wants This), Christopher Meloni (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit), Ego Nwodim (Saturday Night Live), and Caleb Hearon (The Devil Wears Prada 2). It was produced by David Bernad for Middle Child Pictures and Ruben Fleischer, with Will Greenfield serving as an executive producer. The creative team also included composer Dan Deacon, cinematographer Brandon Trost, production designer Alexandra Schaller, costume designer Rachel Dainer-Best, and set decorator Jessica Petruccelli.
