Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a selfie with his new gym buddy, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The duo smiled broadly for the cameras, with Schwarzenegger placing one hand on Kennedy Jr.’s shoulder. The caption read, “Senior’s Day, Gold’s Gym in Venice.”
A few months ago, Kennedy Jr. also shared another fitness video on social media, featuring Kid Rock. In the clip, they were shirtless and exercised together while dropping an important message in the caption. It read, “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.”
In a previous conversation on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the ‘Predator’ actor expressed his appreciation for Kennedy Jr., whose nickname is also Bobby, despite disagreeing with many of his policies. Schwarzenegger added, “He’s fantastic.”
He further disclosed details on Kennedy Jr.’s key role in his early political years. “When I ran as a Republican and Bobby, a Democrat, helped me, I told myself I would always be there for him. Even if I don’t agree with everything, I’ll always support him,” Schwarzenegger elaborated.
While Schwarzenegger didn’t publicly support Kennedy Jr., he said he would always value his connection to the family. “Bobby is Bobby. I wish him good luck. I hope he does great things for the nation. He’s not just some party guy—he’s a public servant. And we need more of that,” Schwarzenegger further shared.
