Scott Adkins & Vinnie Jones Fight After a Heist Goes Wrong in Reckless Movie Trailer

Samuel Goldwyn Films has shared the official trailer for Reckless, its upcoming action thriller starring Scott Adkins (John Wick: Chapter 4) and Vinnie Jones (The Gentlemen). The movie is scheduled to premiere on May 22 in theaters and on digital platforms.

“A former low-level criminal out on parole has to outrun the cops again while trying to get his cut of an old bank heist from his former team,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the Reckless trailer?

The video introduces Adkins as a thief who was the only one that got caught by the police during a failed heist with his team. After finally getting released from prison, he tries to reclaim his share of the heist loot, but is unexpectedly dragged into the murder of a high-ranking gang member. The trailer highlights the challenges that Adkins’ character will face, including fighting against Jones’ gangster boss character.

Reckless is directed by Elliott Montello, with Matthew Robert Kelly and Stu Small writing the screenplay, based on a story by Kelly. Joining Adkins and Jones are Nicole Deon as Kimber, Kris Johnson as Jackson, Adam Deacon as Kyle, Jordan Long as George, Mark Strange as Bishop Gavin Fraser as Toby, Kirsty J. Curtis as Veronica, Sarina Taylor as Briana, Susan Twist as Rebecca, Dean Gaffney as Willmott, and more.

The movie is executive-produced by Matthew Helderman, Roman Kopelevich, and Luke Taylor, with Matthew Robert Kelly serving as a producer.
