A newly surfaced action figure has delivered the most detailed look yet at Mac Gargan’s Scorpion suit, giving fans their first proper glimpse at the armour before Michael Mando officially suits up on screen.

Hasbro has unveiled a new action figure that offers fans the first official look at Scorpion’s armour in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, a photo of which was shared by MyTimeToShineHello on X (formerly Twitter) on April 25, 2026. The toy showcases Mac Gargan’s full Scorpion armour, which the toy company reportedly displayed at CCXP. Hasbro revealed that the toy designs are “inspired” by the upcoming Spider-Man outing, Brand New Day (via ComicBook.com).
The figure reveals a green suit complete with a mechanical tail and helmet. The packaging carries Marvel Studios branding and falls under Hasbro’s Action Verse line, aimed at younger fans. Final on-screen costumes may differ from the toy’s appearance.
Michael Mando’s return as Mac Gargan in the upcoming movie was reported around August 2025. Mando originally debuted as the character in an after-credits scene in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Set photos later showed Mando’s character wearing a prison outfit and being led out of a helicopter.
In Brand New Day, Mando will officially suit up as Scorpion for the first time. His character vowed revenge against Spider-Man for sending him back to prison in Homecoming. Mando has not appeared in the last two Spider-Man films since his initial introduction.
The toy reveal arrived alongside other Hasbro figures, hinting at additional characters in the film. These include Hulk and potentially Maestro, expanding speculation about the film’s roster of heroes and villains. The Scorpion figure provides the clearest glimpse yet at how the villain might appear on screen.
