Scary Movie 6 Mocks Michael Jackson in New Footage
Scary Movie 6 recently dropped a short clip parodying the Michael Jackson biopic movie. It sees Kenan Thompson, dressed like the late music legend and busting out some moves associated with the latter. Interestingly, the footage comes ahead of the theatrical release of Antoine Fuqua’s movie focused on Jackson, titled Michael, scheduled for this Friday.
Scary Movie 6 releases hilarious new teaser mocking Michael
Kenan Thompson parodies the upcoming Michael movie in a new clip from Scary Movie 6. The footage begins with him putting on his headset and preparing to record some of the late musician’s famous songs like “Billie Jean” and “Thriller.” It is interspersed with title cards briefly touching upon Jackson’s impact on fans. Combined, they read, “For generations. Only one artist. Has truly touched his fans.”
Thompson turns around and says, “Shamone!” only for his producer to remind him he is not Jackson. He adds that the musician has a monkey. However, the former counters that he has a llama, whose attire resembles one of Jackson’s outfits from “Beat It.”
Thompson then exclaims, “Chee-hoo!” similar to Jackson’s iconic ad-libs, “Hee-hee!” and “Hoo-hoo!” Seeing this, the frustrated producer responds that he has no moves.
He subsequently performs some moves, taking out the lyric reading stand and also smacking his backup singers, one of whom falls. Following this, he moonwalks out of the recording booth but ends up falling down a flight of stairs.
Scary Movie 6 premieres on June 5, 2026. Michael Tiddes directed from a screenplay written by Rick Alvarez, Wayans brothers — Keenen Ivory, Marlon, and Shawn — and their nephew, Craig.
Taking place 26 years after the original film, released in 2000, the story sees Cindy Campbell and her friends, Ray Wilkins, and siblings, Shorty and Brenda Meeks, reunite after the masked killer they confronted long ago resurfaces.
Marlon, Shawn, Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Cheri Oteri, Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, and Jon Abrahams return from previous installments. Also appearing are Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, Heidi Gardner, Sydney Park, Felissa Rose, and Olivia Rose Keegan.
