Jackass 5 Trailer Reveals New Title for Johnny Knoxville Franchise’s Last Movie
A Jackass 5 trailer shown at CinemaCon has confirmed what the title of the movie will be.
Jackass 5 is scheduled to arrive in United States theaters this summer from Paramount Pictures. Directed by Jeff Tremaine, the film will be the final installment in the main Jackass series. Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason “Wee Man” Acuña, Preston Lacy, Dave England, and Danger Ehren are all returning.
What is the title of Jackass 5?
Jackass 5 will officially be titled Jackass: Best and Last. This was previously believed to be the case, as Knoxville seemingly announced the title during a charity sweepstake last week; however, it has now been confirmed to be true.
The first trailer for Jackass: Best and Last was shown exclusively to those in attendance at Paramount Pictures’ panel at CinemaCon today. It hasn’t been shared online as of now; however, descriptions of the footage have emerged.
“The trailer had plenty of groans, gasps, and even a few tears as Knoxville and the crew put their bodies on the line to say goodbye,” an article from Variety reads. There was lots of nostalgic archival footage shown of the amateur stuntmen, including the late Ryan Dunn and ex-cast member Bam Margera. Some of the new stunts include Steve-O getting a painful prostate exam from a robot named Larry, Sean ‘Poopies’ McInerney putting a shock collar on his penis, and an ‘escape room from hell’ that punishes everyone’s bodies.”
Knoxville said at CinemaCon, “My name is Johnny Knoxville, and I’m going to try to not get emotional. This is the last Jackass film the world will ever see. Jackass means a hell of a lot for me. We knew we were making the last one, so we went extra hard to make sure this was also our best Jackass film ever.”
Jackass: Best and Last will be released on June 26, 2026.
