Toy Story 5 Cast Adds Paradise Star to Pixar Movie

One of the stars of Paradise has joined the cast of Toy Story 5.

Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Pictures’ Toy Story 5 will be released in United States theaters this summer. The fifth installment in the main Toy Story franchise, the movie is directed by Andrew Stanton. Tom Hanks and Tim Allen once again reprise their voice roles as Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

Who has joined the cast of Toy Story 5?

Per Deadline, it has now been announced that Krys Marshall has joined the cast of Toy Story 5. Marshall will voice “a grownup who will have to contend with her child’s newest hobby in a showdown of Toys vs. Tech.” Further character details remain under wraps at this time.

Marshall plays Nicole Robinson in Paradise, while she additionally starred as Danielle Poole in For All Mankind and Julia Freeman/Purity in the Supergirl TV show. She’s appeared in episodes of Criminal Minds, How I Met Your Mother, NCIS, This Is Us, Adam Ruins Everything, Shameless, and more.

The synopsis for the movie, which is co-directed by Kenna Harris, reads, “The toys are back in Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, and this time it’s Toy meets Tech. Buzz, Woody, Jessie, and the rest of the gang’s jobs are challenged when they’re introduced to what kids are obsessed with today….electronics!”

The voice cast of the movie further includes Joan Cusack as Jessie, Greta Lee as Lilypad, Conan O’Brien as Smarty Pants, Tony Hale as Forky, Craig Robinson as Atlas, Shelby Rabara as Snappy, Scarlett Spears as Bonnie, Mykal-Michelle as Blaze, Matty Matheson as Dr. Nutcase, John Ratzenberger as Hamm, Wallace Shawn as Rex, Blake Clark as Slink Dog, Jeff Bergman as Mr. Potato Head, Anna Vocino as Mrs. Potato Head, Annie Potts as Bo Peep, Bonnie Hunt as Dolly, Ernie Hudson as Combat Carl, Keanu Reeves as Duke Caboom, and more.
