Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie Teaser Trailer Previews Team’s Biggest Adventure

Paramount Pictures has finally shared the official teaser trailer for PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, which serves as the third installment of the hit animated franchise. The film is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on August 14, 2026, three years after the last sequel’s theatrical run.

“After their ship gets caught in a mysterious storm, the PAW Patrol pups crash land on an uncharted tropical island filled with dinosaurs. They meet Rex, a pup who has been stranded on the island for years and has become an expert in all things dino-related,” reads the official synopsis. “When the PAW Patrol’s archrival, Mayor Humdinger, begins recklessly mining in hopes of exploiting the island for its natural resources, he inadvertently causes a huge, dormant volcano to erupt. The PAW Patrol pups are thrown into a series of high-stakes, dino-sized rescues bigger than anything they’ve done before, as they must stop Humdinger before everything on the island goes extinct.”

The video brings the fan-favorite team to an unbelievable island filled with prehistoric creatures. There, they get to befriend some of the dinosaurs, including a Tyrannosaurus Rex. The teaser trailer highlights the titular team’s biggest adventure ever, as they must find a way to save the island.

Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie is directed by Cal Brunker, who co-wrote the screenplay with Bob Barlen, based on Keith Chapman’s popular children’s show. The upcoming movie features the voices of Carter Young, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, Meredith MacNeill, Ron Pardo, Jennifer Hudson, Hayden Chemberlen, Fortune Feimster, Jameela Jamil, Rain Janjua, Bill Nye, Paris Hilton, Lucien Duncan-Reid, William Desrosiers, Nylan Parthipan, Snoop Dogg, and Henry Bolan.

The third installment is produced by Jennifer Dodge and Ronnen Harary for Spin Master, along with Laura Clunie and Toni Stevens. It is a production by Spin Master, Nickelodeon Movies, and Paramount Pictures. The 2023 sequel was a commercial success, grossing around $205 million worldwide against a reported budget of $30 million.
