Both films have outperformed several other titles, including King Ivory, Predator: Badlands, The Garfield Movie, and Anniversary, among others. Meanwhile, Is This Thing On? also places fourth on Hulu’s overall Top 10 rankings for the same day.

Released on December 19, 2025, the film follows a couple navigating the breakdown of their marriage. As Alex begins to reassess his life and pursues stand-up comedy in New York, Tess confronts the personal compromises she has made over the years. The story explores their evolving relationship as they attempt to redefine family, identity, and connection amid separation.
