Bryana Holly replies to people’s comments on her post
Bryana Holly, the wife of Nicholas Hoult, recently became the subject of scrutiny. This was after many users commented on her body in posts from the Vanity Fair Oscars Party 2026. Holly responded to the comments and the body-shaming with an Instagram story from her account. In it, she made sure to hit out at the critics.
“I am seeing the comments around my chest and not that anyone is owed an explanation,” Holly wrote in her story, “but this is the product of a breastfeeding mother who hasn’t fed her babies in hours ok!”
The response was shared on other social media platforms, such as X and Reddit. There, other users praised Holly for her take on the matter. Many also loved how the model shut down her critics with the post. They agreed with her that she did not need to explain herself.
“People really need to relearn how to see a woman’s body without turning into unpaid forensic analysts. Good for her for saying it plainly, but she never should’ve had to explain herself in the first place,” one user wrote on Reddit.
Another user wrote in the same thread, “People need to mind their own businesses, especially with others’ bodies.” Adding to this, another user wrote, “I can’t imagine how wild it is to have strangers publicly commenting on your body like you’re never meant to hear it, but you do. It’s hard enough feeling comfortable in our own skin when we’re not famous.”
This recent development seems to have started a larger conversation about online body-shaming.
