Spider-Man’s Suit Gets Brand New Look Ahead of Trailer Day

A new look at Spider-Man‘s suit from Brand New Day has been unveiled via Walmart merchandise. This comes as anticipation for the film’s teaser trailer continues to grow. Multiple reports point to the footage dropping this week. However, Sony and Marvel have yet to drop an official announcement.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day gets new look from Walmart merch

Walmart recently put up a Spider-Man: Brand New Day rectangle lunch bag for sale on its official website. It puts the spotlight on Tom Holland’s webslinger, showing the comic-accurate suit with raised webbing that he will be wearing in the upcoming movie.

Meanwhile, the background is dark blue and includes illustrations of webbing with spiders and the suit’s second symbol that is usually present on the back.

The bag costs $15.99 and ships on March 24, 2026, with no additional shipping charge. It is also eligible for free 30-day returns.

In recent months, photos of merchandise for the film — including school bags and Taki chips packets — have been surfacing online. Like the above, these provide a look at Spider-Man’s suit but also offer glimpses at the supporting characters, including Boomerang, Scorpion, and Hulk.

The above image of the bag comes as rumors about the first trailer’s release date heat up. Ascar Cinema, Sony Pictures’ official distributor in Kazakhstan, shared a post announcing that the footage would drop on March 18, 2026, at 4:05 p.m. Almaty Time (7:05 a.m. Eastern Time and 4:05 a.m. Pacific Time in the United States). However, they quickly took it down, implying Sony and Marvel didn’t want to announce the trailer drop just yet.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day swings into theaters on July 31, 2026. The film’s story takes place four years after No Way Home. It finds the title character coming across a larger mystery while investigating a series of crimes, forcing him to confront the consequences of his past.

Destin Daniel Cretton directed the movie from Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers’ screenplay. The latter two previously wrote Jon Watts’ MCU Spider-Man films. Meanwhile, the former developed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Disney+’s Wonder Man.
