Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day Trailer Previews UFO Movie Starring Emily Blunt
Universal Pictures has released a brand new Disclosure Day trailer, previewing the upcoming mysterious UFO movie from Steven Spielberg starring Emily Blunt and Josh O’Connor.
“If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you? This summer, the truth belongs to seven billion people. We are coming close to … Disclosure Day,” reads the film’s official synopsis.

What happens in the Disclosure Day trailer?
The new trailer highlights more of the mystery surrounding Spielberg’s upcoming movie. In it, both Josh O’Connor and Colman Domingo’s characters seem hellbent on spreading some sort of truth, while Colin Firth’s character is trying to stop the spread of said truth.
From the looks of it, Firth is trying to stop the disclosure of aliens existing among humans from being known to the wider population, which he believes would cause chaos. Throughout the trailer, we see Firth utilizing some sort of weird technology that allows him to project himself into areas with other people.
Disclosure Day’s cast is a massive, star-studded one, and includes Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Colman Domingo, Eve Hewson, and more.
Based on a story by Spielberg, the script for Disclosure Day was written by David Koepp, who previously worked with the Jaws director on films such as Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Spielberg produces the film for Amblin Entertainment alongside Kristie Macosko Krieger, while Adam Somner and Chris Brigham both serve as executive producers.
